Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, seeded, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 Tbsp scallion, chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp jalapeños, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Combine all ingredients. Mix well and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 3 cups.
