Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast pork sausage (or turkey sausage)
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 TBS minced ginger paste
- 1 TBS soy sauce
- 1 bag coleslaw mix
- 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 TBS sesame oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat in large skillet until no longer pink. Do not drain. Stir in garlic, ginger, and soy sauce. Mix well. Stir in coleslaw mix. Cook until cabbage is tender.
Remove from heat. Stir in green onion and sesame oil.
