Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 3 Tbsp flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 8 strips bacon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp and cut it or crumble it into small pieces. Then add to it all the other ingredients mixed together. Cook until thick.
Pour over greens. You can use this with lettuce or dandelion greens as well as spinach.
