Ingredients
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti
- 1 cup grated parmasan cheese
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In a pot bring Add oil to a medium low heat. Add garlic and stir for 2 minutes careful not to burn, now add butter, then salt and pepper.
When butter is melted add chicken stock and raise heat to bring stock to a boil. Once boiling add pasta reduce heat to medium, cook according to directions stirring constantly. ( a la dente ) Now add parmesan cheese until melted. Turn heat off and stir in cream and parsley.
Serve immediately.
Makes one serving or a side for two or three.
