Pecan Caramel Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 package (13.8 oz.) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 5 tablespoons very soft butter, divided
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons light corn syurp
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/2 cup Fisher® Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

1. Press or roll pizza crust to 12 x 8-inch rectangle. Brush with 2 Tbsp. butter and sprinkle with ¼ cup brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough starting from long side into long tube. Cut into 9 spirals
2. Combine remaining 3 Tbsp. butter and ½ cup brown sugar with corn syrup and water. Spread into lightly greased 8 or 9-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with pecans.
3. Place rolls cut-side down in prepared pan. Bake in a 375°F oven 20 to 22 min. or until browned. Cool 1 min., then loosen and turn onto a serving plate. Serve warm.
