Ingredients
- 1/2 cup nonfat vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 5 tablespoon of butter, softened
- 2 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup sprinkles, divided
- Graham crackers, fruit for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
Place the butter, cream cheese and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat the mixture until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add the flour and vanilla extract and beat another minute.
Add the nyogurt, 1/4 cup at a time and mix on low to combine.
Stir in the sprinkles, reserving 2 tablespoons. Place the remaining sprinkles on top.
