Graham Cracker Almond Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 package (1/3 box) graham crackers (approximately 12 double graham crackers)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2-1/2 ounces (3/4 cup) sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1

Line jelly roll pan with foil. Place single layer of graham crackers on foil. Boil butter and sugar together for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over graham crackers. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Lift foil from pan, cool, and break into pieces
