Ingredients
- 1(18-ounce) jar1 (18-ounce) jar apple jelly
- 11 fresh jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/2cup1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3tablespoons3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2cup1/2 cup honey
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Let cool completely. Divide among sealable containers; refrigerate until jelly sets up, 8 to 12 hours. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
