Ingredients
- 24 OUNCE JAR SUE BEE CLOVER HONEY
- 20 OUNCE CAN DOLE PINEAPPLE WITH JUICE RAN THROUGH A FOOD PROCESSOR
- 4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 4 CUP APPLE JUICE
Preparation
Step 1
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A LARGE CROCK POT, RESERVING SOME APPLE JUICE TO RINSE HONEY CONTAINER, RINSE HONEY CONTAINER TO GET ALL THE HONEY, TURN ON CROCK POT ONTO HIGH TO HEAT GLAZE.
COOK HAM AS ALWAYS, 1/2 HOUR BEFORE BEING DONE REMOVE HAM AND PLACE IN CROCK POT, LET SIT 10 TO 15 MINUTES, TURN OVER AND LET SET ANOTHER 10 TO 15 MINUTES, THEN PLACE BACK IN OVER TO CARAMELIZE, REPEAT WITH 5 MINUTE SOAK.
