Ingredients
- 11/4 cups of beef broth
- 2 tbsp. Of flour
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 16 frozen cooked meatballs
- 1 jar 4 Vi ounces sliced mushrooms, drained
- Vi cup of sour cream
- 1 tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Beat broth, flour and Worcestershire sauce in small bowl with wire whisk
Place frozen meatball, mushrooms. And broth mixture in 10 inch skillet.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer 4 to 6 minutes or until meatballs are hot.
Remove meatballs from heat,
Stir in sour cream and parsley.
