Beef Bourguignon

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp, oil
  • 2 lb. sirloin, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium green pepper 2" pieces
  • 1 cup (8oz.) mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2/3 cup dry red wine
  • 1 2/3 cups drained whole onions

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sirloin in oil. Add other ingrediants and cook just until sirloin is medium.
