Nifty Carrots

Ingredients

• 5 sliced carrots cooked
• 1/4 cup of carrot water
• 1/4 cup mayo
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp onion chopped
• 1 tbsp horseradish
• 1 tbsp melted butter breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Put carrots in shallow casserole dish, combine water mayo sour cream onions and horse radish. Pour over carrots
Combine butter and breadcrumbs pour over top optional bake at 375 for 30 minutes
