Chicken and Apple Salad

Ingredients

• 4 golden delicious apples
• 3 chicken breasts
• 1/2 cup cream 35%
• 1/2 cup mayo
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup pecan nuts chopped
• 1/2 tsp basil

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350
Place chicken in oven proof dish.
Pour cream over it cover and bake for 30 minutes
Drain and cool.
Slice or cube chicken.
Mix mayo, sour cream, nuts, basil, salt and pepper to taste,
Pour over chicken and toss.
Add sliced apples
Chill well before serving.
