Ingredients
- Fran
- 4 c. chopped broccoli
- ½ cup raisins
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup sunflower seeds (best added later)
- ½ c. dried cranberries
- ½ cup mayonnaise, plain yoghurt, sour cream combination
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 3 -4 Tbsp. Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Add dressing to other mixture, and let sit in fridge. Add sunflower seeds close to time being served.
Variation: Jill Norbas
Use ½ c. cranberries or raisins
Use ½ c. sunflower seeds
Add 1 c. grapes sliced in half
Add ½ c. grated cheese
