Ingredients
- 2 pkgs Budding beef
- 2 bricks (8 oz)cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbls onion, minced

Step 1
Put 1 pkg of beef and onion in food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
Add to cream cheese and mix well (you can use a mixer).
Add Worcestershire sauce mix well.
Form into a ball then roll into a ball or log, set aside.
With the 2nd pkg of meat, pulse in food processor and spread on a plate. Roll the cheese ball in the meat to cover.
Refrigerate (covered) for at least 12 hours.
