Ingredients
- Box of cheese-its crackers (name brand does not matter)
- Thinly sliced (or pounded thin) Chicken breasts
- Plain greek yogurt
- Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Ground the cheese-its crackers to crumbs. Set aside in a bowl.
Pound thin chicken breasts or use thinkly sliced chicken breasts. (I usually cut them to Chicken tender sized, but it doesn't matter).
In a separate bowl, mix about 1 cup of plain greek yogurt and milk (start with about 1/2 a cup and add until yogurt thins out to about ranch dressing consistency).
Dip chicken pieces into the yogurt mix, then one by one, coat them with the cheese-it crumbs. (repeat, if necessary).
Once all pieces of chicken are coated, put into the oven at 375ish until cooked...(about 20 minutes).
