Asian Slaw

Ingredients

  • 5 cups finely chopped Napa cabbage
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 peeled and shredded carrots
  • 1 bag frozen snap pea pods, cooked
  • 3 small green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons rice or salad vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon each sea salt and black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the vegetables in a large bowl. For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oils, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables. Chill for several hours before serving.
