Ingredients
- 5 cups finely chopped Napa cabbage
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 peeled and shredded carrots
- 1 bag frozen snap pea pods, cooked
- 3 small green onions, thinly sliced
- 3 Tablespoons rice or salad vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon each sea salt and black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the vegetables in a large bowl. For dressing, in a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oils, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables. Chill for several hours before serving.
