Ingredients

  • 1

    qt plain yogurt

  • 4

    cloves garlic (2 for milder)

  • 1

    med cucumber grated fine

  • ½

    tsp dill weed

  • 2

    Tbsp high quality olive oil

  • Salt to taste

  • Cracked fresh pepper to taste

Directions

Drain yogurt unrefrigerated overnight in cheese cloth hanging over a bowl. Likewise finely grate cucumber and drain overnight. Mix all ingredients together the next day and refrigerate overnight.
