Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked, sliced ham (Farmer's John)
- 1 lb cream cheese (softened)
- 1 bunch green onions (they need to be uniform in size)
Preparation
Step 1
Pat dry ham slices on each side.
Spread cream cheese thinly and evenly across each slice of ham.
Cut green onion to fit slice of ham.
Starting at one end of slice of ham, roll as tight as possible.
Wrap in plastic wrap and place in refrigerator overnight.
Remove from plastic and slice each roll into 1/4 inch thick pinwheels.
Serve on a platter and enjoy!
