Ingredients
- Coating:
- 1 3/4 c flour
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c sugar
- Vegetable oil, to fry
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and salt. Separately, whisk egg, butter, milk and sugar, then stir in the flour mixture. Deep fry small scoops in 350 degree F frying oil, turning until golden brown, 3-4 mins. Transfer to a rack to drain. Roll doughnuts in the coating mixture.
