fresh bunch broccoli (about 3 stalks)
wash, well drained and chopped (I use food processor for stalks); florets break into smaller pieces
slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
cup salted sunflower seeds
cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
Mix salad ingredients together. Can be made a day ahead of time. Add cashews and sunflower seeds before serving. Dressing can be made ahead of time. Pour over salad just before serving.
