Ingredients

  • 1

    fresh bunch broccoli (about 3 stalks)

  • wash, well drained and chopped (I use food processor for stalks); florets break into smaller pieces

  • 1

    small onion

  • 16

    slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • 1

    cup raisins

  • 1

    cup cashews

  • 1

    cup salted sunflower seeds

  • Dressing:

  • 1

    cup mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • 2

    Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

Mix salad ingredients together. Can be made a day ahead of time. Add cashews and sunflower seeds before serving. Dressing can be made ahead of time. Pour over salad just before serving.
