Heat margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat Add onion and saute until transparent Add mushrooms salt and pepper and saute until tender Transfer mushroom mixture to a bowl and set aside Heat farfel in the same pan over medium heat Quickly stir in beaten eggs stirring constantly to coat and separate the pieces Add mushroom mixture and saute, stirring gently Gradually add stock until desired moistness is reached, adding more stock if necessary stir in parsley
