Ingredients
- 1 stick salted butter, room temperature
- 1 block, cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp, vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tsp coffee extract
- 1/4 C cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 4 C confectioners sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, mix butter and cream cheese until incorporated
Add coffee and vanilla extracts, mix until incorporated
Add cocoa powder, slowly mix until incorporated
Add confectioners sugar, one cup at a time mixing until incorporated after each addition
When all ingredients have been blended, mix on high speed for 2 minutes until smooth. Now it is ready for your cake.
