  • 6 TBSP PRAGUE POWDER # 1
  • 2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 CUP SUN HARVEST MAPLE SYRUP
  • 4 TBSP MOLASSES / HONEY SWEETENER

Step 1

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO NON REACTIVE CONTAINER, MIX THROUGHLY LET STAND 1 HOUR, MIXING A FEW MORE TIMES. LET MEAT STAND IN CURE FOR 10 DAYS, 1 DAY IS 24 HOURS IN A FRIDGE
