White Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped (or garlic powder)
- 3 (15.5 oz) cans white beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 smoked pork chops
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Details

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients (except salt and pepper) to a slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours or until beans are tender, adding more water during cooking if necessary.
Remove pork chops and shred meat. Return meat to soup. Season with salt and pepper and then serve.
