Corn Pudding

Ingredients

• 1/2 stick butter, melted
• 2 eggs, beaten with a fork
• 2 cans whole corn, drained
• 1 can cream corn
• 4 oz sour cream
• 1/2 box Jiffy corn meal mix

Preparation

Step 1

Spray shallow baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients well and bake covered 60 minutes at 350oF.
