Angel Hair Pasta with Pesto & Lemon

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb (225 g) angel hair pasta
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) Pesto, prepared
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Sea Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In serving bowl, whisk together prepared pesto, olive oil, zest and lemon juice.
Drain pasta; add to serving bowl, tossing to coat. Season to taste with Epicure's Sea Salt and Epicure's Pepper.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
