Ingredients
- 6 oz. apricot Jello
- 2 c. crushed pineapple
- sliced bananas
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 pkg Dream Whip
- mandarin orange segments
- flaked coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Mix jello as directed. When slightly jelled, add crushed pineapple which has been drained (save the juice). Let this jel. On top of this add a layer of sliced bananas and a layer of miniature marshmallows and chopped pecans.
Next, cook in a sauce pan until thick: 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 T. flour. Let this cook, and then mix it together with the cream cheese and Dream Whip (which has been mixed as directed). Spread this over top of toehr and let this et til firm. Garnish with mandarin orange segments and flaked coconut.
