  • 1 GALLON APPLE JUICE
  • 6 TBSP PRAGUE POWDER # 1
  • 2 CUPS BROWN SUGAR
  • 1-4 TBSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 1 TBSP ONION POWDER
  • 1/2 - 1 CUP GROUND MUSTARD

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN NON REACTIVE CONTAINER, MIX WELL, LET STAND 1 HOUR, MIXING A FEW MORE TIMES. PLACE PREPARED MEAT IN WITH CURE AND PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR 10 DAYS, 1 DAY = 24 HOURS.
