Fruity Semifreddo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 of 1.5 L container vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups washed, drained and chopped berries, mangoes and ginger snaps

Preparation

Step 1

Stir ingredients together. Scrape into a 9x5" loaf pan lined with over-hanging attic wrap. Smooth top. Freeze overnight. Pull out of pan using overlap, then flip onto a serving platter. Remove plastic wrap. Slice to serve.
