Chocolate Chip Cheeseball

Ingredients

• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 c butter, softened (not melted)
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 3/4 c confectioner's sugar
• 2 T brown sugar
• 3/4 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3/4 c finely chopped pecans
• Chocolate graham crackers

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy.
2. Gradually add sugars. Beat well and add other ingredients, reserving part of the pecans to roll on the outside of the cheeseball.
3. Serve with chocolate graham crackers.
