EASTER HONEY PINEAPPLE GLAZE BEST

Ingredients

  • 24 OUNCE JAR CLOVER HONEY
  • 20 OUNCE CAN DOLE PINEAPPLE RAN THROUGH A FOOD PROCESSOR
  • 4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 4 CUP APPLE JUICE
  • 1 TSP CLOVES TO TASTE

Preparation

Step 1

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A 5 - 7 QT CROCK POT, RINSE CLOVER HONEY JAR OUT WITH APPLE JUICE AND PLACE INTO CROCK POT,

TURN CROCK POT ON HIGH AND LET HEAT AS HAM IS COOKING.

ONCE THE HAM IS NEAR DONE, PLACE HAM IN GLAZE FOR 10 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE IF NOT TOTALLY SUBMERGED. THEN BACK IN OVEN. LET CARAMELIZE FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES AND REPEAT.
