  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 2 cups egg whites
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Grease six muffin cups
Divide spinach, tomatoes and egg whites in cups.
Bake 15 minutes, serve hot
