Wedding White Cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • Mix all of the above in mixer, then add;
  • 1 & 1/3 cup water, 2 T. veg oil, 1 t. vanilla, 1 cup sour cream, 4 large egg whites. Bake at 325 for 18 minutes!
  • Frosting; 3 cups powdered sugar, 2 sticks softened butter, 1 t. vanilla, 1-2 T. whipping cream!

Bake cupcakes then decorate with frosting!
