Ingredients
- 3 lbs whole ricotta cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer.
Pour in greased spring-form pan.
Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes on middle rack.
Cool on rack in oven 1 hour.
Remove cake from pan.
