Ingredients

  • 3

    lbs whole ricotta cheese

  • 6

    eggs

  • ¾

    cup milk

  • cups sugar

  • 3

    tablespoons cornstarch

  • 1

    tablespoon vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients with a hand mixer. Pour in greased spring-form pan. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes on middle rack. Cool on rack in oven 1 hour. Remove cake from pan.
