Ingredients
- 1 pkg Sausage ( I use Hillshire Smoked)
- 4 eggs,lightly beaten
- 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/16 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup ( 3 oz. ) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut sausage into 1/2" cubes: set aside. Place eggs,cream,dry mustard,salt and black pepper in a large bowel, whisk until smooth.
Stir in sausage, 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour egg mixture into a greased 1.25 Qt. baking dish.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set. Sprinkle with the reaming 1/4 cup of cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
