Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb (16 ounce) macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In a deep skillet , stir in milk, water, and salt together over medium heat, Stir in the macaroni and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring very frequently, for 7 to 8 minutes or until pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed. Turn off the heat and stir in cheese. Stir until melted. Serve immediately.
