Pear-Cinnamon Cake from Mish Mag

Ingredients

3 3 3 pears,peeled and chunked
1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 3/4 3/4 Tbs cinnamon
DOUGH
2 2 2 cups flour
1 1 1 cup marg
3 3 3 eggs
3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar
1 1 1 Tbs baking powder
1/2 1/2 cup sugar in a large frying pan until it turns a very clear caramel color.Add the pears and cinn and mix for a few min. If large chunks of sugar have formed,dont worry they'll dissolve during the cooking process. Let cool.
