• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp ground ginger
• 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/8 tsp ground allspice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 1 pie shell
• maple whipped cream
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 c confectionery sugar
• 2 T maple syrup
