Carrot Apple Salad

Ingredients
- 4 small carrots, peeled and quartered
- 2 small apples, cored and quartered
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 2-3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves (optional)

Step 1
1. Place carrots and apples in batter bowl; chop with Salad Chopper. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce leaves; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes. Serve salad on lettuce leaves, if desired.
