Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 bunch green onions, cut into 3 inch lengths
- 2 jalepeno peppers, seeded
- 1-2 limes, juiced
- 1/3-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch of salr
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Chop to medium consistency. Refrigerate if not using immediately. Bring to room temp to serve.
Best is made 1-2 days ahead. Serve over block of cream cheese with crackers, or as salsa and chips.
