- Butter
- Shallots Minced
- White Wine
- Pepper
- Heavy Cream
- Butter
- Texas Pete (or any hot sauce)
Preparation
Step 1
Saute Butter & Shallots, Add Wine - Reduce.
Add Cream, Pepper, Butter & Texas Pete - Simmer Until Thick.
Serve Over Fish.
