Ingredients

  • Frostings:
  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • cream or milk to thin
  • grated chocolate for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Set oven 350.
Blend together the soft butter, sugar, cornstarch and flour until well incorporated, Cover with plastic and chill for at least hour.

Using a small spoon or a scoop, form small heaps or balls of dough and set them on an ungreased cookie sheets.

Dap cookies with frostings and sprinkle chocolate on top.
