Ingredients
- 2 cans clam
- 1 med onion
- 1 clove garlic
- dash tabasco
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- mozzarella

Preparation
Step 1
In one pan, simmer clams and broth for 15 minutes. At same time, in another pan, simmer all other ingredients until soft. After soft, combine 2 mixtures. Add a small amount of grated mozzarella. Mix. Add 1/2 c bread crumbs. Put in baking dish. Too with mozzarella.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 400
