Ingredients

  • 6

    cups of flour

  • ½

    cup of sugar

  • ½

    cup of powdered milk

  • 1

    tsp of salt

  • 2

    tablespoons of yeast

  • 2

    eggs

  • ½

    cup of oil

Directions

Mix together the flour, sugar, milk and salt. Then set aside. Dissolve the yeast into 2 cups of warm water. Then set aside. Beat the eggs with the oil. Then mix that with the yeast and water mixture. Turn on the mixer and begin to add in the flour mixture slowly. Once it is all mixed together put in a bowl and cover with a towel. Allow the dough to double in size. Then pouch it back down and let it rise again. After the rises again pouch it again then you can begin to make the buns at your desired size. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. Once the come out of the oven brush the top of the buns with melted butter.
