Stir Fry Sauce

I've been looking for the recipe for Pick Up Stix House Special Chicken. I found this on the Internet and I hope it will do the job.

Ingredients

• Cornstarch Slurry:
• 1 teaspoon sesame or chili oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon minced ginger
• 3 green onions, white parts sliced very thinly (reserve green parts to slice and add at the end of stir frying)
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with
• 2 tablespoon water

Preparation

Step 1

When your stir-fry is ready to plate add the combined ingredients into the wok or pan and then add the Cornstarch Slurry.
