Ingredients
- 1 pound Spicy Italian Sausage
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 small sweet onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Kosher salt and Pepper
- 1 32 ounce can peeled tomatoes
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 large spaghetti squash rinsed
- 8 ounces Burrata
- Parmesan for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the sausage, ground beef, and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Cook breaking up the meat until it is browned add tomato paste and cook another minute. Transfer to crockpot with rest of ingredients through whole milk.
Add spaghetti squash to center and cook on low for 6 hours.
Carefully remove squash from the crockpot and transfer to a cutting board. Remove seeds using a fork to scrape into strands. Top with sauce and Burrata
