Ingredients
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 skinless chicken breast
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 Tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Bourbon Whisky
- 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worestershire sauce
- 6 Tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
- 1/4 Cup sliced green oniond

Preparation
Step 1
Combine pecans, bread crumbs and 1 Tablespoon butter
Spread the mixture on a plate and coat each side of the chicken breasts with mixture. Set aside.
Heat 1Tablespoon of butter and place chicken breasts in a pan to cook. About 5 minutes on each side.
In a small saucepan, whisk together the mustard, sugar, whisky, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce until smooth
Remove from heat and whisk in chilled butter, one piece at a time. Do not return to heat
Place down a bit of sauce on each plate and put chicken on top. Drizzle a bit more sauce over chicken and garnish with green onions
Serve over mashed sweet potatoes
