Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
  • vegetable or canola oil for frying
  • powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Heat 2" of oil in pan over medium heat to 350 degrees.

Separate biscuits into individual rounds, then cut into quarters.

Fry biscuit quarters in batches for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels then generously dust with powdered sugar.

Serve immediately.
